After you’ve spent hours or days browsing fitted wardrobe designs, you’ve made a finally making a decision to buy one, you might be wondering what next?

STEP 1: Book your in store or home appointment

Home appointment:

Our Designer will provide you with a set of drawings as well as a quote that includes fitting, delivery.

They'll bring a full set of samples with them so you can see all optional finishes and features.

In approximately 3 days after your design consultation our designer will turn your ideas into a full colour 3D design, giving you a clear visualisation of your storage space and its place within your home.

In store appointment:

We require some basic measurements to create a representation of your room. This includes the length and width.

Our designer will discuss your specific requirements and storage needs with you.

We'll produce a 3D drawing of how your room will look.

STEP 2: Full quote and final design

Now that we have measurements, final layout and finishes we can move onto producing a full quote and final design. We’ll email you the final quote which will outline all costs and include materials, delivery, and installation.

Note that the quote is typically valid for 7 days.

STEP 3: Placing your order

When you are ready to go ahead with your fitted wardrobe, we ask for a 20% deposit to proceed.

Typically, 2 to 4 weeks later our suppliers will confirm a delivery date and we’ll be able to call/email to book an installation

STEP 4: Manufacturing process

We make all our furniture cabinets at our workshop in Hull.

Your furniture is made to order and the full process could take as little as 6/8 weeks depending on the range you've chosen.

All of the raw materials that make up your wardrobes are cut to precisely fit your room. Everything is quality checked from start to finish.

STEP 5: Delivery & Installation

When your furniture is ready, our professional installers will deliver it to your home. Installation typically takes 1 - 2 days. The installers will remove all packaging and waste, and leave your new bedroom clean and tidy for you to enjoy

STEP 6: Aftercare & feedback

Your designs are kept in our system permanently in the event you need advice or assistance in the future.

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your wardrobe and installation process. We also want to make sure our service is at it’s very best, so we’ll get in touch a few days after completion to check there are no issue or concerns.

But otherwise, you can sit back and enjoy those stress-free mornings being able to see and choose your clothes!
